With the moon casting a bright shine on the foothills, one can see an old man draped in a deep red robe and large white cuffs. The man's wrinkled face is mostly covered by a long white beard that floats gently down to his burnt sienna leather belt. In worn used sandals, he makes extensive use of his twisted oak staff to ascend a grassy knoll. At the summit, he raises his staff to the heavens and recites an incantation causing the staff to begin to illuminate a cool white aura. In the valley below, multiple spheres of brightly colored light emerge from below the earth and zoom about in broad circles before climbing to the stars and leaving behind a trail of iridescent dust. The scientist is a master of making effects appear from nowhere. That is his job.
